This Red Russian Kale is one of our favorite blushing winter greens! Dark green and red-stemmed, it is actually sweeter than both Cavolo Nero and Green Curly Kale. Red Kale can also be substituted for regular kale and is loaded with tons of vitamins and nutrients. The Red Russian has smaller and more jagged leaves and incredibly tough woody stems that should be removed before cooking.
