After achieving success in the windy city he moved to Los Angeles and founded Rockenwagner Bakery in 1984, which has been since praised by the LA Times, Gourmet Magazine, and the Food Network. Rockenwagner continues to produce the most scrumptious bread, pastries, and other handcrafted, freshly baked goods.
