We work with amazing small local farmers and the seasons! We have loads of delicious fruits and veggies, but some more exotic items just don't grow here. For those special few, we have to look outside of California. This is certified organic but not local.

Store the whole, unpeeled ginger root in a resealable plastic bag, with the air pushed out, in the crisper drawer of the refrigerator. If part of the ginger has been cut or peeled, be sure to blot it dry with a paper towel before storing. Try using ginger in combination with cinnamon, citrus, and honey for even better benefits!
