Kiwis are so delicious, they should really just be eaten raw. Peel off their fuzzy skins carefully with a paring knife first, and then slice, dice or chop. or you can cut them in half and scoop the flesh out with a spoon. The skins are edible and full of nutrients and fiber, but most find them unpleasant. Kiwi fruits do contain enzymes in their flesh that cause fruit to ripen rapidly so eat them as soon as you slice them open! If making a fruit salad, add kiwis last just before serving to avoid them turning the other fruit soggy. Store on the counter until ripe, then refrigerate in a bag.
